Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy Earns NABP Specialty Pharmacy Reaccreditation

DEERFIELD, Ill., April 30, 2026 – Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy has been reaccredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy® (NABP®) for a specialty pharmacy accreditation through August 16, 2028.

Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy is proud to continually advance and maintain its accreditations to ensure patients receive consistently high-quality, industry-leading care.  We are committed to providing an advanced level of pharmacy services and disease management for patients taking medications that require special handling, storage, and distribution requirements. Our specialty pharmacies coordinate patient education, promote adherence, and ensure appropriate medication use.
